Bake’mmm grew from a dream of easier mornings. Gram’s bagels were laborious and our Founder was not a morning person. The experiments began and Bake’mmm emerged— the rewards: extra zzz’s and healthy low-glycemic bagels with 60% fewer sugars (compared to traditional bagels) and zero wheat starch glucose.

 

Gram is proud of our achievement— the artisan crispy crust, the chewy flavorful crumb, and the no-nonsense 8-12 minute bake!
