Bagels done right can change the world... and here are a few ways.

It's Everybody's monkey!

The keynote speaker at a recent workshop made his point of focusing on our own individual goals by suggesting that we remain riveted to the path we’ve chosen in life, remembering that problems of others are, “Not my monkey.”

When the Bageladies really thought about this we agreed that this is a very selfish way to view our place in life. So, we decided to follow the concept-- It’s Everybody’s Monkey.

Renewing our commitment to community and finding new ways to help our neighbor, we actively participate in our World, not simply exist.

The employees at Bageladies are a giving bunch. We would like to acknowledge their individual service below.

  • Sharon, Bagel-maker :: Kudos for your creative iddeas and hard work on the annual Haunted Barn, a Shenandoah Valley tradition that raises funds for St. Jude's Children's Hospital.

  • William, Bagel-maker :: From Thanksgiving to Christmas Eve, William stood in the frigid weather to ring the bell for the Salvation Army's Red Kettle Campaign.

  • Justin, Production Manager :: You rock, Tough Mudders. Justin and his brother Chester got muddy for a cause -- Wounded Warriors.

More to come....
